Highlights for 2015 and 2016
Oct. 6, 2015 Huntsman World Senior Games ("Edward winning gold in the 400 meters") August 1, 2015: I finally ran over a mile at 5:15 minute mile pace on the treadmill (best time in 9 years) in June and again on August 27. In September I ran a 5:00 minute mile pace for .82 miles (and I could have probably ran a full mile if I'd ran to exhaustion like I did on the 5:15 minute mile). On August 30 4:40 minute mile pace for .56 miles and Sept. 9, 4:36 mile pace for .52 miles. *My goal is to run a world record in my age group of 4:51 minutes for the mile and possible world records in the 800, 400, 200 and 100 meters. |
