This part of the website will be devoted to the many Happiness inducing & fun activities in the St. George through Mesquite area (and some in Las Vegas). Also, we plan to have a section here for Group activities for people with similar interests can arrange group activities, post them, and get people to attend (like hiking, dancing, attending concerts, community events, eating out, sports etc.).
We hope to eventually have interested volunteers who will help do research to find all of the daily activities and post them here. It will also be open to receive emails from various people and sources on new events etc. Someone will be needed to help keep this and the group activities up to date, active and appropriate.
We'd like to expand this to the point where it is not only updated daily, but is divided into various areas (such as physical activities, intellectual pursuits, social events, pure entertainment, circles, health, etc., AND ideally it will be interactive where people can develop groups as mentioned, and also promote and gather people for particularly beneficial activities and service projects.
If this goes well, we hope it will become a model for other cities across America to all develop their own one stop place for FREE/Inexpensive and happy activities, and groups (we will probably expand it to include a section for more pricey activities as well).
