Do you think a billionaire with an obese and broken down body (with sugar diabetes, chronic arthritis and heart disease) is really successful? Or with a failing kidney etc.
If you’re in good shape would you trade places with that billionaire?
Do you consider a person who’s always stressed and has no free time to be truly successful?
CHAPTER: See reality for what it really is!
Don’t just keep thinking/super imposing that it’s something else and not able to see the reality in front of you. (Example: Had pillow behind my back on chair but was thinking it was still on my fiancee’s chair and went to get it- or believing you’re getting through to someone but not seeing the signs that they just want to get away from you or that they’re just being polite, thinking face book is bringing you success, or all those tweets are actually doing something for you etc. when the reality is it’s probably not making a bit of difference to your profits in your business, and even 500 followers etc, really does nothing (You must do more and different or just realize it isn’t worth the effort). OR you’re trying a particular way of eating and you “know” that it just has to be effective, and yet it really isn’t working well but you just keep believing that it is.).
CHAPTER: Going for the GOLD! (the Kingdom of God within, the Pearl of Great Price, the constant connection with God)
Yogananda quote: Slowly but surely as man travels the path of life he must come to the realization that all desires and wants are satisfied in God.
Urantia: Worship is salvation for the pleasure seeking generations.
Frank Laubaugh: How can we expect to obtain God when we only thinking about him 10 minute a week- an attorney or doctor spends over 40/60 hours a weeks for many years to obtain their degree, but this is so much more important. We must spend time thinking about and trying to act like God for many hours during the week (the “game of minutes” bring Jesus to mind every minute).

The Kingdom of God (within) which is liken to a Pearl of Great Price for which when a man finds it is willing to give up (”sale”) everything in order to possess it.
Let’s logically and wisely approach reaching (and maintaining) the highest levels of happiness.
First, of course, we must believe (and start to experience) that feeling the presence of God/connecting to God, is the greatest happiness that a person can experience (choosing building entrance over woman, Dad, Jack experience).
Since I know from personal experience, that feeling God’s presence is an experience beyond even an orgasm, I have deducted/logiced that feeling that constantly should be my number one goal (and the area that I do my main efforts). And also because I know that when I feel God’s love that I am not only at the maximum happiness level, but that I am the most effective in my dealings with people and can be more focused, and joyously, effectively (and creatively) do my business etc. too.
It does require effort, but so does everything else we do- and usually we are expending a great deal of effort and stress on our businesses. So why not start expending even half that time and effort on obtaining God’s presence (and then He also makes us much MORE than we were).
When I mediate/pray in the morning I think as though Jesus had actually just come into the room in all His Glory and love, I know that my intention are good and that I really do want to do more good in the world, and that I really do want to feel His love so that I can do more good and serve Him and my fellowman. And I also know that I am not lazy and not trying to avoid responsibilities etc. So I frankly speak/think to Jesus/God and tell him that I don’t think I should have to do any special form of meditation or understand every method, but that He should bestow His love on me because I am sincere and trying to do His will. I of course, humble myself and say I’m sorry for my short comings, and then I sometimes I even think and say something like, I know that even imperfect as I am, that if I had the power (if I were God) and had a son like me who was praying to me and sincere like me that I would gladly give him love and support him. So I know that you being much more perfect and loving that you should be willing to give me Thy love. Please help me remove any barrier to that. I now dedicate myself to doing whatever it takes to feel your presence/love. All during the day I will make that my priority. When I am tempted in thoughts or actions, I will “redirect” those energies into higher thoughts and actions. (Urantia quote; When you are tempted honestly recognize this energy for what it is and the redirect it to higher channels).
I also think of the fragment of God (FG) within me (“The Kingdom of God within”) and I realize that is the real and potential me. So I try to let my FG think for me and work through me. I try to be Intune to allow Him to fully utilize me as a tool and representative of God.
And like it says, UB- “the real battle of a believer is our fight to maintain our faith. My only concern is whether God will allow me to constantly feel His presence (and my doubt as to whether I’m strong enough to be thinking and doing whatever is necessary to constantly be eligible/worthy of that. So I ask God to give me strength and recognize my sincerity. I also know that we shouldn’t run faster than we are capable. So God’s will for me isn’t immediate perfection. So I shouldn’t feel guilty that I can’t do it 100% (and I also must maintain a balance and be patient etc.).
But this should not be an excuse. We do need to make this as big or even a bigger priority that even our work. We DO have to keep God in mind. We are just deceiving ourselves if we think we can obtain this by just occasionally thinking about him (and just occasionally redirecting those energies when we are tempted). We do need to make this our number one thing!
Of course, we don’t HAVE to do this, but if we don’t we will just keep getting the same old results and being like everyone else (sheep) and weak, and not obtaining our true potential and all of the wonderful joy and love experience along the way. Knowing this, we would be fools (and very immature) to not now make this our priority in life. And I believe it also shows lack of faith and lack of belief in God’s promises. We know he has promised us everything if we will follow His will. And He has promised and told us that he will give us this Pearl of Great Price and allow us to truly have/fully experience the Kingdom of God within and all of that “peace that surpasses all understanding” and all of that amazing joy and love (the delights of heaven while even still here on earth). So we should constantly bring all of this to mind and try to be the daughter or son of God that we know we should be. But don’t feel quilty and bad, just recognize your weaknesses and keep moving forward when you don’t always seem to do your best. God does not want us to feel bad, he only wants us to move forward. And also remember, “Strong character is not built from not doing wrong, but rather from actually doing good.” Not doing wrong only basically keeps us out of trouble and from some dire consequences (which of course is good), but we actually have to do good. And the most effective way to do good (and the way that actually grows our souls) is first obtaining God’s love and that pure intention and altruistic, love focus and then doing loving actions.
CHAPTERS, CHAPTERS:
Add many of your writing, like “The True Rich (the 5 necessary riches” and also material from your Health Blog (2006 to 2011) etc. do 50 to 100 chapters on various aspects of health and happiness and becoming a superior YOU.
The superior person is the one who is able to feel more happiness (joy, satisfaction, exhilaration, excitement, joy, peace etc.) than the average person- and they can do this even in very minimal circumstances (say, living on $900 a month or less).
Once a person has the basic necessities of life (a room to sleep in and enough food to eat) that person becomes superior and takes the most advantage of life by learning how to feel more happiness than others do. This is largely a matter of being able to be thankful for what one already has. The truly superior person is able to feel happiness even with just the minimal needs of living (a room and food). The superior person also is able and disciplined enough to take good care of their body so they don't have to experience unnecessary physical pain from disease and other conditions caused by bad health practices (such as eating a poor diet, no exercising and not getting enough sleep).
So if you put a superior person in even a very minimal living situation of say $900 a month of income where they pay $400 in rent and utilities and $250 for healthy food along with the other $250 going for insurance and other things they may want, they can feel extremely happy and satisfied.
The less a person can live with and still feel very happy, the more superior that person is (especially in character and discipline). Peace Pilgrim was the ultimate modern day example. She was extremely happy without owning anything at all. She was also fearless enough and lead by God enough, that she had her basic needs supplied of food and shelter.

May 8, 2017 FEELINGS only affect you inside (either negatively or positively). Negatively if they cause you to do nothing or worse, cause you to do negative actions- or positively if they cause you to grow your character/ability to feel love etc. and even better cause you to take positive actions.
As time passes, it really doesn’t matter what we’ve felt or thought UNLESS it has actually caused us to take positive actions that are improving ourselves (body, mind and spirit) or improving our relationships and finances. So as each week passes, the main thing we should be concerned about is just the actions we make that actually improve US (improve our body, mind and spirit) along with our outer world of relationships and finances. And remember, good character is built much more from actually doing good than from not doing bad. Not doing bad only helps us avoid problems and hurting ourselves and others, while doing good actually improves us and our circumstances and those around us.
Now, there is of course, also great value in enjoying and making experiences. So as time passes one should always ask themselves what they actually did that week that improved their body, mind, spirit, relationships and finances and or at least whether they really enjoyed their week (had a great time, experience, trip etc.). This is part of our balance (enjoying our free, leisure time).
But one must realize that to enjoy, one must get in the right state of mind. Even a vacation might not be really enjoyed if our frame of mind is wrong. We must always try to experience what we’re doing in an attitude of gratitude and really living in the now and seeing everything as “new” and wonderful. We’ve all experiences feeling bad even when we were doing something that should have been enjoyable. As important as it is to actually get out and do something, it is equally important to get ourselves in the right state of mind. We get better at this with time and improvement of our character. Obviously, if our character is low and we are never appreciating what we already have and just wanting more, we will not be enjoying even the greatest of experiences or vacations etc. If we always need things to be perfect, it will also rob us from enjoying.
Of course, it’s fine to plan and try to make things to our liking, but after spending reasonable time on that, we should not spend more time and continue obsessing about it in our attempts to make it perfect. Seldom is anything just perfect to our liking. We must develop more of a mind set of thinking that Now (AS IS) is the best time, the best situation and that who we are with is the best person for us to be with at this time. We must enjoy what we currently have. It’s all we will even have- just as the present/now is all we’ll ever have. There was a song in the 70s entitled “Love the one your with”. Well, at least the idea of being happy with who you are with is sound psychology. Continue on making your circumstances better, but always enjoy the journey and appreciate each situation and moment as you experience it. 99% of life is the journey. So learning to enjoy that journey and feeling that things are fine and good is to our great advantage.
So really, when we think of happiness we should more and more think of it as a state of mind. A truly high character and happy person can enjoy and feel happiness no matter what the circumstance or what they are doing. They are very strong and independent of circumstances. On the other hand, a lower character and unhappy person will not feel happiness unless the circumstances are just right. They are totally dependent on circumstances which are usually not just the way we want them and are usually not fully in our control. We really need to work on both, the ability to focus just on the positive and enjoy every moment and circumstance (the journey) and also work on improving our circumstances.
May 11, 2017 Now, I want to talk more about “50% of Age Super Health”. Since I have largely maintained that I hope that you can “get into my mind” as concerning how I think about and approach the health of my body. Just as you would be wise to really listen and try to think more like a person who is able to effectively make money or is much better than everyone else at some desired skill etc., you should “not argue with success” but rather you should learn from it and try to take on that portion of that person’s mind.
So how do I approach health (from morning to night)… First, long ago, I realized that I only have one body and it will be with me my entire life; and since I live in it 24/7 and it’s actually my physical me, that I better take damn good care of it. It’s like the saying, “You better take good care of your body- it’s the only place you have to live”. Our body is both our car (we physically get around in it) and our home (we physically live in it). Other than our actual soul/character, what could be more important!?
So with this important and true realization, what do I do. I am always aware of the condition of my body and when it is feeling good (which is almost all the time) and when it might be feeling some discomfort or pain. I realize that my body is a naturally fine tuned machine that is programed to tell me when it needs attention. So I try to be sensitive to, and really realize the signals it sends me. If it tells me it’s thirsty, I don’t ignore it, I drink (which it is telling me right now so I’m going to take a short break and drink now),
60 Second You Are The Project pitch:

May 15- Developing a friendship/intimacy with God (your personalized fragment of God within- your real you). In order to develop a relationship, you must make time for it. How can we expect to become a friend with our loving God fragments (“Kingdom of God within”) if we never any spend time with him/her or even thinking about him!? And what could be more important than spending time with (and receiving inspiration and love from) our personalized monitors. If we truly believe that our essence is spirit/soul and that strengthening our soul is the most important thing we can do, then we must spend time and effort DAILY doing just that.
The exciting thing is that when we strengthen our “real self” (our soul/spirit) we strengthen and improve everything else. Our body’s immune system improves and we are less stressed and healthier (and sleep better etc.), our love increases which improves our relationships. People want to be with and even work with us more so our business even increases. And we have much more energy, focus and creativity (and less fear) so we start accomplishing much bigger and better things. And most important of all, we become much happier and are able to be an example and help others become happier too. We become dynamic and effective action oriented. It is a wonderful and upward spiral. It feels good and it is good!
So why in the world wouldn’t we spend daily time and effort on this most important of all duties (actually our most joyful privilege, communing with God).
Is there anything more important than becoming a “God like” person!? Isn’t that the true goal of life. So why do we constantly lose track of that and get side tracked on much lesser and often trivial goals and activities..? It’s very simple. We don’t start our days out connecting with the source/God- and we are bombarded throughout the day with the clamoring of materialism from our minds, friends and TV/social media etc. This is all to self evident and easy to see. Just look at our society and almost everyone around you… How are they spending their time. And what are their results. For starters, almost 2/3rds of all American adults are overweight or obese… (what happened to the importance of our bodies as “the temple of God). Everyone is stressed and so many with major health problems and so many taking regular medications (not to mention the high rate of depression and other mental illnesses). How about most people’s relationships… are they really stable, joyful and loving… And how about balance…(like having free time and really enjoying that free time). So many people’s time is taken up with business only (or doing other busy activities that they don’t really enjoy and that don’t really make them a happier, healthier and more balanced person). We could go on and on about society as a whole with our huge crime rate, and many other problems and unbalance. This is truly insanity!
So it’s obvious to see that our priorities have gotten way off track.%3
