My passion is helping people to improve their health and happiness level (and productivity) along with showing them they can maintain their finances while having good relationships and an enjoyable, fun filled life too; and this isn’t that difficult if you learn how to think and act like the happiest people. I also teach my “ABC productivity method” which emphasizes the discovery of “A” actions that will make major real improvements towards your goals and what is truly important to you (what will improve your life, health and happiness the most). You must do these A activities first each day and prioritize them over the other daily activities. Just being busy is not enough. You must be busy doing things that actually make real and lasting improvements in your life (learning new skills,

Exercising, making new friends, making new business contacts etc). You must do these A activities FIRST every day. And do them in the most effective ways- for example, over the years I’ve discovered A productivity exercises that allow me to do just two 1 hour exercise sessions a week, but still fully maintain or even improve my already high level).

Although I enjoy teaching group lessons and seminars, I really love working one on one with sincere and hardworking people. Nothing gives me more joy than the many “a-hah” moments that occur as I work with a person on improving their Happiness Quotient and dramatically improving their health and relationships.

Although my hourly rate is low many clients come to realize that the paradigm changing and effective coaching I provide is worth much more in TRUE quality of life than even doubling their assets would give (and often times saves them from a major health crisis). Almost 30 years ago when I sold around $50 million as a real estate broker my “felt quality” of life wasn’t very good either. Fortunately, I got out of the extreme stress quickly, saved my health and renewed my efforts into happiness research and health. WEIGHT LOSS: An unbelievable 67% of adult Americans are overweight! This is worse than an epidemic and is totally unnecessary and unnatural (animals in nature don’t become overweight and neither do the Japanese with their healthy diet). Obviously, there is a major problem in America with the foods we eat and sedentary life style we live. And the many “diets” are NOT working! (95% of diets fail). A person should NOT go on a “diet” where they feel considerable stress and like they are sacrificing. No one can keep sacrificing. They will eventually give up (usually sooner than later). And that’s why, despite almost everyone trying a diet at one time or another, we still have almost 70% of American adults overweight!

In my “Half of age Super Health” coaching I help my clients lose weight without really thinking of it as a diet and painful. I give them simple, easy to follow strategies and give them the vision of the best body possible for their age and body type; but I do much more than that. I help them logically and effectively change their mind’s software. A person must begin understanding and thinking like a healthy lean person does. Only then, can they eat and live in a healthy way and actually enjoy it. Of course, I teach a person what to eat and how to eat it etc. (and in a very simple and effective way- and delicious too); but again, more importantly I help them to dramatically change their thinking, beliefs and confidence so they can not only easily lose the weight but keep it off for life (and even without constant encouragement from others).

CONSTIPATION PROBLEMS:

Did you know that over 40% of Americans have constipation problems, many being chronically constipated. And did you know that you should be having at least 2 smooth bowel movements a day (and that it shouldn’t take you more than 60 seconds). I have a simple eating program to make you regular like nature meant you to be. You will quickly start experiencing the healthy 2 to 3 smooth bowel movements a day that you should be having. This can often be accomplished within a few weeks (and sometimes within just a few days).

SLEEP PROBLEMS:

The National Sleep Foundation estimates that 30% of adults suffer with insomnia and a full 10% have “chronic insomnia disorder”. There are a number of factors that contribute to insomnia so it is important to eliminate as many of these negative conditions as possible. Some of the physical causes may need to be addressed with a doctor such as insomnia due to arthritis and chronic pain, but even these conditions can be significantly improved with 50% of Age Super Health education. Many of the other more mental conditions, even including anxiety and stress, can be greatly improved with learning happiness skills. I work in helping the individual eliminate these type of problems as well as teaching them actual sleep techniques. As with Super Health training I also teach a person how to stop ignoring and finally listen to their body’s signals of when it is tired. We also work on better control and planning of thinking before and during sleep along with simple methods that include imitating a deep sleeper etc. One of the first things I check for is the person’s bed, pillow and bedroom environment (and also possible bad bedroom/sleep habits and routine before sleeping).  

MEN'S ED:

There is also an epidemic of ED. There are many quick and natural remedies as well as mind training for many cases of this (sometimes resolving in just weeks or even days). Some cases require not only mental but actual physical improvements too. In severe cases this may require up to several months (or a doctors help), but many of the usual, lesser cases can often be significantly improved in a very short time sometimes from the very first day of learning. Very frequently ED causes are not mainly physical, so just working on the mental aspects along with simple planning and techniques will often get results in a very short period of time.

June 2019 (Nevada) After hearing Edward give a short presentation on his Happiness and self-improvement group lessons it piqued my curiosity and got me questioning my latest stalled plans for my own happiness. It was truly a very bad time in my life (I was in despair and depressed) so I knew I had to do something. I started personal life coaching with Edward about a year ago. At that time I was really struggling, feeling very down and in particular about a relationship I'd lost and couldn't seem to get past. I hadn't really been confident before either, but I was at a new low on confidence and self-esteem then. I really didn't believe I could ever get a relationship again, and certainly not one nearly as good as I'd had. So my life was pretty much on hold and I was very busy with my job and I wasn't really taking care of my health either.
Edward got me exercising more effectively and eating much more healthily, and I've lost weight and am in great shape now. But the biggest thing was how he was able to motivate me, especially in dating and really increase my confidence and get me to realize and use my strong points. In the beginning he coached me a lot on how to present myself and talk etc. I went from no dates to starting to get dates with woman around my age but that I wasn't necessarily that attracted to, to dating some my age who I was more interested in, and lately with even more confidence I've been able to now actually find and maintain a really great relationship with a much younger, attractive and smart woman.
